30-DAY RETURNS

AT IDUBAI, YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIORITY!

1. RETURN PERIOD: 30 DAYS

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return, without giving any particular reason (this period includes the 14-day statutory withdrawal period).

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be:
- Unopened, unused and still sealed
- In its original, intact packaging
- Returned with all accessories
- In perfect condition

For hygiene reasons, perfumes unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back.

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

1. Contact us: contact@idubai.fr or WhatsApp +33 6 38 01 76 94 (you can also use the withdrawal form in the appendix to our terms and conditions of sale)
2. Give your order number and the reason for the return
3. We send you the return address
4. Pack your product in a secure parcel
5. Send it with a tracked shipping method

Return costs are at your expense (except for defective or damaged products, or an error on our part).

4. REFUND

Once your return has been received and checked:
- Timeframe: 14 days maximum
- Amount refunded: product price and initial delivery costs (standard rate)
- Refund method: the same payment method

5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or does not match your order:
- Contact us IMMEDIATELY with photos
- We arrange a free replacement or a refund
- Return costs are covered by us
